payment_outcome_unknown

An earlier charge for this invoice never reported back, so Borga can't tell whether the card was charged. Automatic retries for the invoice stop until you confirm.

What to do

Check the payment with the card processor. If it did not go through, retry with explicit confirmation: "It wasn't charged, retry" in the dashboard, or `accept_unknown_outcome: true` on the retry request. If it did go through, or the customer tells you their card was charged, don't retry: choose "It was charged" in the dashboard, which records the payment and marks the invoice paid. A late result from the card processor settles the invoice on its own too.
