approval_required
A live refund or charge requested through an AI assistant is above the merchant's approval threshold or daily cap for that connection. `details.approval` carries the approval id, the dashboard URL where an owner or admin decides, and when it expires.

What to do
Approve the request in the dashboard, then let the assistant retry with the approval id. Owners and admins set the threshold and cap under Settings, Connected apps.
